Steven Elliot Wallace is the founder and managing attorney of Wallace Law, PLLC, a boutique law firm serving individuals, families, and business clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. With a reputation for strategic thinking, practical counsel, and relentless advocacy, Steven focuses his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and bankruptcy. Steven is licensed to practice law in Texas, Florida and New York.

Prior to founding Wallace Law, Steven previously worked at a large law firm in Downtown Dallas in its Corporate Securities Sections as well as Commercial Real Estate and Banking Sections of large law firms in South Florida. Steven has proudly represented the Teachers Retirement System of Texas in the pension funds’ alternate investments. Steven has also represented many private equity funds in its fund to fund and portfolio investments. He has built a reputation for being approachable, responsive, and deeply committed to his clients’ success.
